In 2014, Samira Negm and Ahmed Negm, sibling young technology entrepreneurs, co-founded the carpooling application of Raye7. As a sensitive ride-sharing application, Raye7 is an automated real-time community based ridesharing platform. Its users rideshare only with their trusted network. The app organized carpooling culture into closed communities, such as companies and universities.
The platform automatically matches users with their mates on real time bases, as it already recognizes where they live and work, identifies their location and knows their friends and colleagues from their Facebook and LinkedIn profiles.
