The company, specialized in biomedical engineering (BME), recently obtained a healthcare patent from The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for a new technology of gauging the elasticity of the human body tissues via ultrasound imaging. Their patented technology banks on a blend of medical images processing algorithms and artificial intelligence. The mix is adopted to measure tissues’ hardness via traditional ultrasound images. With this tech, medical professionals do not need sophisticated ultrasound devices at an enormous cost. This reduces the diagnosis time and cost of many diseases, especially cancerous tumors.
