This RFP aims to focus on scaling up Egypt’s digital freelancing trend through executing rounds of the "ITIDA Gigs" Program (formerly Digital Freelancing Placement Program) that empowers the development of individual productive freelancers.

This RFP invites capable bidders to propose for the execution of 20 program rounds within a 15-month duration maximum from start. Each round has 1000 participants and a 3-month service delivery duration.
