Menna is a seasoned Senior Entrepreneurship Specialist with over ten years of experience supporting early-stage startups and SMEs across Upper Egypt. She is a certified Entrepreneurship Trainer and Coach, with a strong track record of helping entrepreneurs validate and grow their business ideas.
She has delivered training and coaching across several national entrepreneurship programs and incubators, including initiatives by Flat6Labs, TIEC, Plan International, and other organizations. Her expertise spans strategic management, business planning, business model development, and financial literacy.
She holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (AASTMT), and a Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Commerce, English Section, at Asyut University.
Scope of Work:

● Conduct customer discovery interviews and surveys to ensure product-market fit.
● Help startups define their target audience, customer personas, and buying behaviors.
● Conduct industry and competitor analysis to identify market gaps and positioning opportunities.
● Support startups in setting clear vision, mission, and strategic goals.
● Assist in developing detailed business plans including operational, marketing, and financial components.
● Help prepare investor-ready pitch deck.
