Hazem Salim is the CEO of Outline-IT, a pioneering company specializing in comprehensive digital solutions, including digital marketing, e-learning, software development, and assistive technology for people with disabilities. He is also the founder of "Dameg," an initiative dedicated to leveraging technology to integrate and empower persons with disabilities.

In addition, Hazem Salim works as a Digital Marketing Consultant at the Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (TIEC), affiliated with the Egyptian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. In this role, he provides strategic consultations to drive digital transformation and support startups in achieving sustainable growth.

Hazem Salim is an award-winning entrepreneur recognized for his outstanding contributions to assistive technology through innovative initiatives in training, employment, and digital accessibility. His work exemplifies a strong commitment to social responsibility and the transformative power of technology. As a keynote speaker and expert, Hazem has participated in numerous prestigious events and conferences both within Egypt and internationally. He has also served on judging panels for global entrepreneurship competitions, where he has played a pivotal role in identifying and evaluating innovative ideas that foster digital transformation and entrepreneurial growth.

Through various initiatives, Hazem has delivered lectures, training courses, and workshops for government entities, non-profit organizations, universities, and startups. His efforts focus on raising awareness about entrepreneurship, innovation, and digital marketing as essential tools for sustainable development.

Previously, Hazem held the position of Senior Project Manager at the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development within the Government Innovation Unit, where he led groundbreaking projects in digital transformation. He has also worked as a digital marketing consultant for renowned local and international organizations, including USAID, Misr ElKheir Foundation, Sawiris Foundation for Social Development, and GIZ.

Hazem Salim holds an honorary doctorate from the United Nations for Arts and Culture (UNARTS) and has earned internationally recognized certifications in digital marketing, entrepreneurship, and innovation from Cairo University and Google.
