Al-Haitham Nabil Ali is a legal consultant for Startups at many programs at SEKEM Development foundation that funded by EU (INNOEGYPT, MedUP, Standup, Intlak ,WomenUP ,Intechmed & TECHMED).In addition,He is providing his consultation for many startups in Egypt.

Al-Haitham is also working as a legal consultant for Heliopolis University entrepreneurship centre. A part of his job at HU is to train and help the startups, students and staff in legal aspects specially in IP (patent, copyrighter ,software licenses).

As a corporate lawyer , he supported more than 320 startups in process of establishing their companies and drafting the needed contracts, therefore he guides the startups through these legal services to be protected and then be ready for any investment.

In addition , Al-Haitham hold training certificates from many entities and international organization that related legal field specially in IP sector . With more than 10 years of experience in legal field , Al-Haitham specializes in providing legal consultation and mentoring startups and SMEs in ( e.g. intellectual property, investment offers ,mergers & acquisitions, transactions and drafting agreements,) .
