Dalia Gamal is an accomplished professional in the fields of innovation, project management, and strategic business development. She currently leads the Innovation Support Department at the Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (TIEC) under the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), which is an affiliate of Egypt's Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT). In this role, Dalia plays a pivotal part in supporting technological innovation and entrepreneurship across Egypt, helping businesses and startups to grow and thrive in an increasingly digital world.
Prior to her current position, Dalia served as a Senior Project Manager, where she gained extensive experience in overseeing and managing complex projects, with a strong focus on innovation management, business model development, and strategic planning. She also held the role of Program Executive Manager at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology for five years, where she successfully managed and contributed to various national initiatives aimed at enhancing Egypt's digital infrastructure and innovation capabilities.
Dalia's expertise spans several critical areas, including Project Management, Innovation Management, Business Model Testing and Implementation, Ideation, and Knowledge Management. She has earned numerous certifications and licenses from prestigious institutions, including Delft University of Technology, the European Innovation Management Academy, and the Project Management Institute (PMI), further solidifying her credentials in these fields.
