About the Mentor:
Mahmoud has a sum of 18 years of experience coaching and delivering complex IT, web, and mobile projects with multiple technologies; out of which, Ghoz has been practicing Lean and agile techniques for more than 10 years to transform teams and help them scale the right way in different fast-growing local and multinational companies including DXC, ITWorx, OMS, Parent ApS, Swvl, etc.
Ghoz is a self-motivated agile practitioner who can see the complete value stream throughout the product life cycle. Working in different company sizes with multicultural teams gave him a rich experience to build/transform teams, initiating/enhancing processes, developing and maintaining legacy enterprise systems.
Being eager to transform teams and organizations to adopt the agility mindset, Ghoz has been certified as Scrum Master "CSM", Advanced Scrum Master “A-CSM”, Scrum Professional “CSP-SM”, Certified Scrum Developer "CSD", Advanced Certified Scrum Developer "A-CSD", Product Owner "CSPO", Advanced Product Owner “A-CSPO”, Certified Agile Leadership Essentials "CAL-E", Certified Agile Leadership for Teams "CAL-T", and Certified Agile Leadership for Orgs "CAL-O" from Scrum Alliance. Also, he is an Authorized Instructor from ICAgile over different programs including Fundamentals, Product owner, Team Facilitation, Agile Coaching, Agile Testing, and Test Automation. Moreover, Ghoz is a certified Lean Kanban professional (KMP I & II).
He is certified over Scrum at Scale "CSaSP", Kanban coaching professional (KCP), and certified Trainer for DASA DevOps Fundamentals for the scaling framework.
In the early days, Ghoz has maintained his PMP certification and been recognized by Microsoft as Certified Trainer (MCT), MCPD Enterprise Application Developer, and MCSD.
Being an agile coach who contributed to many agile transformation initiatives which imply changing people's mindsets and behavioral patterns; Ghoz decided to start his master’s degree in Psychology which in fact addresses the same challenges but from a different angle. That helped Ghoz to understand more about human dynamics and how he can adapt many internal psychological factors associated with any change to benefit the whole transformation cycle.
